Our company was built on the belief that great crane and rigging operations depend on more than technical skill — they require strong leadership, clear communication, and partnerships that bring out the best in every team.

Caleb, known throughout the industry as "Rosie", brings over a decade of crane, rigging, and construction expertise. From hauling and operating cranes to managing large-scale logistics and global accounts, his career has taken him across the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and beyond. He has led teams of over 100 people, overseen major wind and renewable projects, and built lasting partnerships with companies, contractors, and industry leaders worldwide. A passionate mentor, Caleb thrives on helping others succeed, sharing technical expertise, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Briana ensures that the business runs smoothly. With a degree from Texas A&M International University and a background in psychology, being fully bilingual, she connects people across cultures and bridges language gaps, particularly between English and Spanish. Her skill in creating clarity and alignment keeps projects moving forward and ensures strong communication between individuals and partnering companies.

Together, we combine Caleb’s field-tested expertise with Briana’s organizational strength to deliver the highest level of service.
